We offer Grade A Choice,
beef, chicken, pork and lamb. Seafood options are available for an addition fee.
Diners choose various ingredients from a buffet of thinly sliced raw meats (beef, chicken, lamb, pork) followed by noodles. Then you choose fresh vegetables (cabbage, tofu, sliced onions, cilantro, broccoli, mushrooms, and more) and put them in a bowl. The final step of your creation is the saucing (garlic, ginger, soy, oyster, citrus, and a variety of cooking oils). You pass your bowl to our waiting master chef who transfer them to one section of the hot round Mongolian grill.
